I'm a California native with a passion for baking and a background in American Literature and Psychology from UCSC. After successfully running my own gourmet baking business, I ventured into the world of talent acquisition and discovered my knack for recruiting.

With the dot-com boom as my backdrop, I joined Coors Brewing Company as their first technical recruiter, specializing in engineering hires. From there, I ventured into the gaming and entertainment industry, working with renowned companies such as LucasArts, Telltale Games, and Pocket Gems.

My journey led me to Wikimedia, a non-profit technology organization, where I was the Senior Recruiting Manager, leading a team of 6 and focused on mentoring/coaching, streamlining processes, diversity hiring, and filling niche roles.  Currently, I am working as a Talent Acquisition Consultant helping companies fill those hard-to-fill niche positions.  

Outside of work, you'll find me enjoying quality time with my family, cooking feasts for my family and friends, and exploring the great outdoors on my mountain bike, trail running or rucking.
